Roasted Red Pepper Soup by UrbanMasala Roasted Red Pepper Soup by UrbanMasala
This velvety, red-orange soup, together with green basil, is relatively mild with just a hint of spiciness. It is basically a twist on tomato basil soup. The flavor combination of the leeks, roasted peppers, garlic and basil is definitely a winner.

The recipe can be found here.

Good well composed shot...and the soup looks delicious too. =)

On a side note, you may want to consider when you submit a deviation, setting the kind of replies your looking for to, "encourage advanced critique".

Not really a critique so much as a suggestion in order to get more comprehensive feedback. But glad to help, Ms. Lynne. =)

OK
U need 3-4 big pilled tomatoes
1 or 2 cloves of garlic
3 big slices of white bread
tea s. of salt
2 green or red bell pepper, seeded and diced
5 table s. of olive oil
1 cucumber
4 tablespoons medium-acid white wine vinegar
and 2 velvet onion ( i don't know how you call it in us)
First, you need to press garlic. Secondly, put bread into the olive oil for 3 second. Then just chope all vegetables and blend them. By the end, you shoud add vinegar and put it into a refrigerator for 4 hours
